everytime i want to see a picture for example from my e-mail that i need to open up there is a little pop-up that says:
windows cannot find pbe.exe

this program is needed for opening files of type 'JPG, JPE Adobe PhotoDeluxe Business Edition Image.

then i have to locate it but i can't i don't know where it is. is there another replacement or anyplace where i can reinstall that program?
i have a digital camera and i also can't see pictures unless i put it through the software that came with my digital camera.
i have windows 98 please help me if you know any solution.

It would normally be in:
c:\program files\photodeluxe be 1.0\pbe.exe
or similar.
