I use XP and my partition on C drive is too small.
sais windows7 test program.
How can I change this without losing data ? or can I install windows 7 on the D drive ?
If yes can I chosse for xp or 7 ? A lot of questions, but I hope somebody can tell me how to work. Sorry for muy bad english ( holland )

Hi Stipi,

1. Do you want to have 2 O.S. on ur system (dual boot) or just upgrade ur Win XP?
2. How much space do you have on drive d?

U can dual boot here from this article.

Otherwise, I advise u to back-up b4 upgrading to win 7.

Is D: your recovery partition with the Windows files on it? If so, changing partitions will lose your access to that repair ability.
