I get the error "Parameter Incorrect" when i try to transfer a 700 MB file off my 30GB iPod Video.


It only happens when i try to get that exact file. Any others (like ones that are larger than 1gb) work fine!




Im using my ipod as a disk drive, and it usually works fine, but sometimes has that error with files for apparently no reason

How is it hookup to the PC?

USB. Firewire not a possibility, as its an iPod Video

Try using another USB port....also try and unplug everything from the other ports and try.
