I,m trying to send and open something in PAINT.When I get to paint theres a blank screen.When I open PAINT theres some PHOTO's from my files and I cant get rid of the blooming things.
I guess my question is: How do I get rid of everything showing on PAINT so that I can start fresh.

let me see if i get this straight...when you open paint there's already a pic loaded in ?
that's a new one

you should be able to click ...file>new....that should close out any pic that's opened up...then file>open...navigate to wherever the file is that u want to open
