oooookayyyy i have a new laptop(bought in feb) i am using an ozone with it. the ozone connects by usb and has a sound card built into it
noowwwww when i play music either from windows media player or using the ozone (in reason) i sometimes get LOUD pops and cracks through my speakers(the laptop speakers are disabled) this happens with headphones also. what is the problem? can it be fixed?

What in the world is a "ozone"?

I thought that was only in the atmosphere

Have you tried other music sources... like an audio CD, or an MP3 played with WinAmp? Does Device Mgr look okay? Does the laptop have USB 2.0 (no specs given)? Does the laptop meet all Ozone's system requirements?

The more info you can give, the greater chance of finding the answer.
