Outlook will not link to IE 7

Dear Friends,

My problem started after I downloaded Internet Explorer 7. I used to have Morzilla browser for a while but deleted it.

When I try to click an Internet site from Outlook or a MS Help list or Windows Media 11 or any place else, I get no result. There is no error message. There is no result.

Sometimes I get an error message Locate Link Browser. Help instructions do not correct this problem.

I assume this ability is switched off someplace but in cannot find it.

Please let me know how to correct this problem.

Open Internet Explorer.
Click Tools/Internet Options.
Choose the programs tab, then click the button marked Make Default
