Has anyone else had this problem?
I open Outlook. My messages in my inbox show up, but as soon as I click on one, the program stops responding.

I ran scandisk & defrag, spyware programs, then rebooted. Still can't read my email. Please help!

It may be a problem with your PST file stored in your profile. Run the PST file integrity check tool, this is located at
c:\program files\common files\system\MSAPI\1033\scanpst.exe
(1033) is the locale ID
Your PST file will by default be located (assuming XP) in
C:\Documents and Settings\profilename\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
You may need to enable all files to be made visable

Hope this helps
