I have a default Exchange business account in Outlook 2003 on my laptop. I added my personal pop3 account but would like all mail from the personal account to go into its own folder. How do I point that mail to a specific folder?
Tools > Rules Wizard. There should be a rule template that looks like "move messages from THIS to HERE." You would just add that any emails addressed to [email protected] are to be deposited in the folder zz. Let me know if you need more help w.it.
