I have a Dell Windows XP purchased 3 years ago. I must say I am still a beginner however trying desperately to learn the operation of my computer. My problem is with my OUTLOOK EXPRESS which I use constantly - the problem is that the page "freezes up" & I am unable to retrieve my messages or send emails.
Any help would be more than appreciated.
Thank you in advance.

Also, check out how many messages that you have in the different folders. Clean out all unneeded files and then clean out the "Deleted" folder.

The biggest problem with OE, is having way to many messages that one MUST keep.

Hi "Phantom010: Thank you for your quick reply. It however does not resolve my problem since I cannot access Outlook Express. When attempting I enter a blank page and must wait to a box appears that asks if I want to "End or request a report". As previously stated, the page "freezes up" & I must wait to only exit OE. I probably have you confused but again - I am a beginner & only trying to get my OE messages.
