I did a Network Diagnostics and the results where my Default Outlook Express Mail http / smtp FAILED.
Default Outlook Express News Not Configured
Default Outlook Express Web Proxy Not Configured
How do I fix it?

have you set up outlook express for your email

I did a Network Diagnostics because every time I get an email with a link it won't open it goes to Locate Link browser, to open it I have to copy and paste it and yes outlook express its my email account.

In the settings it wants a Digital ID. Did you want me to go into Tools in Outlook or web page.

When I go into secruity it is
Encrypted e-mail
ticked box send clear text signed message when sending signed message.
Default settings is not highlighted
