outlook express bell south email

GOOD DAY WORLD, THE PROBLEM IS WITH OUTLOOK EXPRESSAND ITS A STONE IN MY SHOE(KEEPS ON HURTING ).WHEN I USE OUTLOOK EXPRESS IT SHUTS MY COMPUTER DOWN ??? WHEN I USE BELL SOUTH EMAIL AND THEN GO TO OUTLOOK EXPRESS IT REMOVES ALL OF MY EMAIL IN THE INBOX AND SHUTS THE COMPUTER DOWN???? SO RIGHT NOW I DO NOT USE OUTLOOK EXPRESS. ANY IDEAS??? HAVED SCANNED THE WHOLE SYSTEM FOR A VIRUS AND COMES UP CLEAN THANK YOU FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE MICHAEL217

Have you installed internet explorer SP1? It comes with a updated outlook express which should fix the problems your having.

Also, you have to go into tools / accounts / double click on your account / choose the advanced tab / check the "leave a copy of message on server" if you don't want to delete them off the server.
