My internet service locks up when I open Outlook. Outlook opens but then tells me I have no connection. If I then try and open IE I have no connection, but I did prior to opening Outlook. What clears this is to reset my cable connection and log off my user and relog on (we've got XP with 4 users). Also when logging off the program ThorConnWndClass is consistently the program not responding and I have to choose end now. I'll add too that my HJT log is clean.
Any suggestions that may help resolve this would be great!
