Without intoducung the need for major IT support what is the easiest way to have something similar to Outlook 2003 Small Buisnedd Edition shared over multiple sites.

We have an office in Canberra and Sydney. I would like to use all the functions such as prospects, account management, notes, reporting and e-mail linkling.

It would be good to be able to do this from anywhere.

I am not hung up on SBE and would consider Excange. I wan't to avoid making it complicated if it is not necessary.

Our website is currently hosed by Alentus and our ISP is local.
