This is how it looks on mine. Just on the off-chance, can you change your screen to a higher resolution temporarily? I'm wondering if the lower half of the dialogue box just isn't showing up properly because of that.
I went all the way and there wasn't any. Could it have anything to do with the fact that it's a new Outlook account?Hold down the control key and keep pressing the - key to reduce the screen size.
