Outlook 2007 (Attachment resize prompt)

Hi guys,
When using Outlook 2003 and attaching picture, it prompts me to resize the picture to Small, Medium, Large or Do not resize. Is this a setting that can be turned on and off? I notice t only does this when 2003 is set to HTML.

I'd like to have this setting in Outlook 2007.
