After I synced my Palm and Outlook 2003, I've noticed that I have duplicate items in each screen. For example, I have 4 different Notes folders, but they are all the same. I also have 4 different contact groups under My Contacts, but they are all the same. I also have 4 different calendars but they are all the same... Any ideas on how to make it just one of each?

Check your sync rules, you are probably making a copy each time you sync. (Happy deleting, like I did)
