I'm looking for some info if this is even possible with outlook.

We have a public e-mail for support that 10 users have access for a ticket system.
Users send in e-mails to get support.
i'm trying to find a way for outlook to automaticaly distribute e-mails to each agent.
example
inbox
- Agent 1
- Agent 2
- Agent 3
- Agent 4
- Agent 5

When the e-mail would get in the box it would go to agent 1, then the next e-mail would go to agent 2, etc.
Is there add on or a way to create rules for outlook to do this automatically?

Rules could work, but its shift work, so outlook might not always be open for certain agents, or myself,
so wouldn't the rules be setup on the individual outlook and not on the public folder?

Don't the agents have theor own email addresses? I am not sure how you would do this with mail enabled public folders aside from setting up a different view to group a certain way.

yes they have there own e-mail but the e-mails are sent to a distribution e-mail
like [email protected]
all agents see e-mails in this box.
then they move each e-mails to there subfolder in the inbox
but sometimes they skip certain e-mails, so id like to find a way to make it automatic so that none get skipped.
so e-mail sent to [email protected] goes to inbox then moved to agent 1, then to agent 2, etc.

i'm pretty sure it can't be done this way.
