Multi tasking is vague. Does that mean you want to run 10 web browser sessions? Or do you want to run a high-end game at the same time you're running an FTP server? Some people define multi-tasking as having IE and Outlook open at the same time.

Do the online games you want to play run under Linux?

You can type reports in WordPad in Windows. Or you can use Microsoft Word. Or if you want to run Linux, you can use OpenOffice.

Can you run Age of Empires III and Sims 2 on Linux?
