I have a software program Chief Architect Home Designer Suite) that demands OpenGL 3.3. compatibility. I'm buying a new computer and trying to see if the one I want is compatible with this graphic standard. I think OpenGL is a graphics standard. What I need to know if the new computer going to be compatible with the software.

what graphics card is in the new computer
I am looking at the HP All-In-One. Here's a link to a comparison. Most of these have integrated graphics;

Some of them have integrated graphics, some have a NVidia card as standard or an option
I would be surprised in any integrated graphics using a 7th gen I7 would not support open gl 3.3
According to this link an I7 7700T processor which your link says they have has openGl 4.4 so definitely supports 3.3
