Outlook Express has several files for your e-mail. But it is easy to copy from one computer to another.
On the Old Computer:
Start Outlook Express
Tools / Options / Maintenance
Click on the Store Folder button
Note the location for your e-mail files
On the New Computer:
Do the same initial four steps
Then copy the files from the old location to the new one
