I'm trying to create a 64 bit Vm on virtual box, but it's only allowing me to create A 32 bit Machine. I'm currently have a dell computer with 64-bitWindows 10 pro, Intel pentium, 2gb ram. I have enabled virtualization and disabled vm ware. What are my options here? Thanks!

What's the model name and model number of that Dell?
What's the exact "service tag" number and/or "express service code" number on it?

It's a dell Inspiron 4110. Service tag: BYNZZP1, express service code: 26040766069

According to those service tag and express service code numbers, you have this Dell Inspiron 14R N4110 laptop.
It shipped in July 2011 in the U.S.A. and came with Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit.
It also came with an Intel Pentium B 940 2.00 GHz processor and 4 GB of DDR3 RAM.

How exactly did you upgrade that laptop from Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit to Windows 10 Pro 64-bit?
It should've upgraded to Windows 10 Home 64-bit.
Why does it have only 2 GB of RAM when it originally came with 4 GB of RAM?

Sorry I had made a mistake, it is 4 gb of ram. As for why it is windows 10 pro, I'm not entirely sure, I had lent it to a friend for a while and he went and upgraded it to 10 pro

Windows 7 Home Premium will upgrade to Windows 10 Home and Windows 7 Professional will upgrade to Windows 10 Pro.
Windows 7 Home Premium will not upgrade to Windows 10 Pro, so your "friend" apparently did something which is questionable.
That may explain why you're having issues with VirtualBox.

So basically I would have to roll back to 7? Also I just looked up processor and it say that that my processor does not have the ability to use intel Virtualization technology . My BIOS just said virtualization. Is there a difference?
I'm not familiar with what Intel virtualization technology does, so I can't comment on it.

I still question the legitimacy of the Windows 10 Pro 64-bit operating system which you say your "friend" installed.

You are correct that it's the processor's fault, it's an entry level consumer processor and doesn't support support VT-x. The BIOS may support it, if paired with a compatible processor.

You may want to try VMWare Player, I think the older versions do not require VT-x for 64-bit guest support, not sure if that's correct or if those old version would work with Windows 10.

With 2GB of RAM you barely have enough for your host O/S let alone running a guest O/S.
