.ogm file wont play without shaking... help!!!!

I have this video that I am trying to watch. It is in a .ogm format and I cannot get it to play without shaking. I have tried it on several players including windows media 9 but it just shakes like crazy. Its like the video is off or something.

Does anyone know how to fix this???

do you have the OGG Direct Show codec installed ?

also, please describe "shaking" more. do you mean the audio and video are out of sync? or does the video blur and artifact?
