Hello, each time I upgrade my video drivers they remove my Desktop customization (custom My Computer/My Documents/Recycle Bin names AND icons), and that's very frustrating. I determined that the problem comes from changing the VGA driver (not a specific version, but each time, upgrading or downgrading), but I can't find a solution. Any suggestions? I'm running WinXP Pro + SP1, my VGA is Abit Siluro FX5600, currently using the latest available driver for it. Thanks.

hey that would be fustrating .. The sweet part is Video Drivers are Updated only once in awhile so you shouldn't be updating all the time .. Once should do the trick .. the only time you'd have to change them is if you are having problems then I wouldn't be looking at drivers if errors occur all the time I would look at other issues .. I would keep the latest driver installed and if you are getting errors research them by error code .. Hopefully I understood the question right and this helps you
