ok, i have a server computer, which is a 450 celron, and every time i try to boot up it says NTLDR is missing, i try to reinstall win and it doesnt install, what should i do?
What version of windows are you trying to install? The NTLDR is a microsoft bootloader program for windows nt,2k, or xp. Are you trying to load another operating system besides these?
I ran into this at work with a regular 2k desktop for NT. I copied the ntldr file from another system and placed in (I think it was) the winnt directory of the bad drive. (because it was an ntfs partition had to move the hard drive to a working computer). Put the drive back and it booted just fine. The NTLDR from the w2k cd will not work.
