Hi,

one of my friends has ntl broadband and he asked me to post this for him:

I have an Ntl Broadband Internet Connection and normally with broadband, the connection is always on-line and you can just go straight onto the net without connecting. Well now, everytime i go onto the net, i need to connect and none of the connections work. Ntl can't seem to find my connection anymore but yet i can still sign into MSN messenger.
