Today in my win 7 , my some dile and folders gets atomatically NTFS encrepted they are showing in green colour , after that i was format my os after that i cant able open files also cant able to copy them, i am try to remove encreption but i cant able to do that , please give me solution on this

a. If you saved the encryption key use that to decrypt the files. Or,
b. If you have unencrypted backups use those. Or,
c. Learn to live without those files.

There may be some software for this, but since you have formatted the computer/reinstalled OS, I don't think you can recover them because the information for decryption would have been with the previous OS.
