Check to see if the "Computer Browser" service is running on the NT machine Great One (under Control Panel/Services). If it's not start it. If it was running then stop and restart the service. If that fails remove great One from the workgroup and re-add it.

As for Shapeless I would uninstall and reinstall the service pack to see if that fixes the problem.

I would also dump NetBEUI on allv the machines since you don't actually need it when running TCP/IP.
