You won't need them if your system can boot from the CD, and the ERD is made from within the OS. If your system isn't bootable from the CD you can always make a set off of the CD itself. You can do this on a Win95/98 PC as well. Insert you WinNT CD and do the following:
Change to the /i386 folder on your CD-ROM drive, type winnt /ox at the command prompt, and press [Enter]. The /ox switch tells Windows NT Setup to create boot floppies for either CD-ROM or floppy-based installation.
