I may have gotten a pretty serious malware/virus because none of the programs on my computer will open. Word, Snippingtool, regedit, skype, itunes, etc won't open and I keep receiving the same message that says "These files can't be opened: Your internet security settings prevented one or more files from being opened" Some programs such as Documents, My computer and Internet browsers do work though. I tried to fix the issue through Internet Explorer but the Custom Level page is blank. And cmd.exe also won't appear.
Also I can't download anything from the internet cause it keeps getting blocked. "Failed - Blocked"
