Not Sharing Outlook Calendar

My CFO does not want anyone to see his calendar. I've gone through the permissions, there are no delegates and I've unchecked the folder visible. I can still open his calendar from my desk when I test the different settings.

Besides telling him to use a hard copy calendar or palm pilot am I missing something?

On an Exchange Server, using Office 2000 Pro on NT workstations.

edit - tried to open the calendar on a pc that did not have my admin rights and couldn't see it. So all of the above did work, thanks for letting me vent if nothing else.

:)

Littlemar, you are his delegate, and you must go to his PC and remove yourself.

I don't have CW version here at home, but I recall that the setting is somewhere under one of the Tools-Options tabs...

You'll see yourself there as a delegate. Perhaps others too?

Delegates have full permission and can even send "on behalf of". They are not given permissions like others are under the permissions tab of a folder.
