Not open any menu or programs (only apear start menu)

🥺🥺🥺Only the Start menu will open as shown in the photo I posted. No other menu opens (But only some of them like this pc will open when opened from the start menu) At least no icon is displayed. When I open a program, it opens in the taskbar. But nothing appears. Click Ctrl + Alt + Del to get the task manager, but only a gray screen appears. Please help me fix this🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺

On the login screen, shift clck Restart. Choose troubleshoot> Advanced > Startup settings. Press 4 for Safe Mode.

When inside safe mode, open an command prompt, right click as admin. Then type in "CHKDSK /F". Let it reboot to try and fix the hard disk/SSD.
