Norton thinks my own email is a trojan

My Norton Security tells me that my computer is being attacked with a possible trojan problem. When they display the isp settings, they are my own web site. My computer sends and receives email from my web address and Norton thinks I am attacking my own computer?!?!

This is not a continuous problem.
