Does anyone know if with 2003 version of Ghost you can copy from a larger partition to a smaller if the larger one does not have more data than what the smaller can hold? I have a older version of ghost and while I can copy a smaller parition to a larger, it won't let me reverse it even though the data CAME from a smaller parition and so I KNOW it will fit.

As far as I know the older ones will as well. I certainly do it on a regular basis. I have two disks, one 19Mb and the other 8Mb. I clone them back and forth weekly with Ghost 2000

Thanks for the info. I have a verison just a year before that. So probably they added it with your version. If I try to select a larger partition to copy to a smaller one, the smaller partition is greyed out and unselectable even though I know the data will fit.
