Don't know what you use to burn but nero has it as standard.

 

Just thought, did you mean burning data? That is mp3 to mp3 on the disc. It normalises audio tracks made from mp3's.

 

I'll do you one better. I use a great program called MP3gain, and it does a much better job of gain adjustment than the simple peak sampling algorithms that most programs use. Try it, you'll like it.
