Hello brucemiller,

Before we can successfully help you, we're going to need some additional information.

Please do the following.

---------------------------------------------------------------------

TSG Information Utility
  • Download and save the TSG System Information Utility (SysInfo.exe).
  • After it's been downloaded and saved, double-click it to run it.
  • Information about your computer will appear.
  • Return here to your thread, then copy-and-paste the entire text here.
---------------------------------------------------------------------

Device Manager
  • Press and hold the Windows button + R on your keyboard.
  • In the Run box type DEVMGMT.MSC and hit Enter.
  • Click the + next to Sound, video and game controllers so it expands, showing all installed hardware.
  • Take a screenshot of this window and attach the file in your next post.
  • Alternatively, list all hardware here along with indication of any exclamation points or question marks next to the entries.
---------------------------------------------------------------------

Lastly, what is the make and full model of the problem computer?

---------------------------------------------------------------------

What I'd like to see in your next post:
  • TSG System Information Utility log
  • Device Manager screenshot or description
  • Make and model of problem computer
