TSG Information Utility
- Download and save the TSG System Information Utility (SysInfo.exe).
- After it's been downloaded and saved, double-click it to run it.
- Information about your computer will appear.
- Return here to your thread, then copy-and-paste the entire text here.
Device Manager
- Press and hold the Windows button + R on your keyboard.
- In the Run box type DEVMGMT.MSC and hit Enter.
- Click the + next to Sound, video and game controllers so it expands, showing all installed hardware.
- Take a screenshot of this window and attach the file in your next post.
- Alternatively, list all hardware here along with indication of any exclamation points or question marks next to the entries.
