Use a non-conductive tool (toothpick or air can spray nozzle, etc) and poke it into the jack and wiggle around. These jacks cut the connection to the internal speakers when the headphone jack is plugged in and sometimes when you pull out the headphone jack the internal connection does not reconnect. I also gave it a shot of air to clean out any debris.
