Plug the headphones into the port at the back of the computer your speakers are currently connected to . Any sound from them now ? It could be that the front port is not connected internally ....
No sound headphones
I hear nothing when I hook my headphones up to the jack infront of my computer.
I have tried 4 different pair. I went in to the audio options and clicked detect and mute the speakers when ear phones are detected. The speakers still play and the earphones don't.
The spealers are Creative, they are hooked up in the back of the computer to the speaker port.
