Also tried checking for windows updates and if the device is allowed to be used by other apps and it all looks fine. except the main issue of course

No Microphone Input All Of A Sudden
I have a set of Turtle Beach Recon 70s, I've had them for maybe a little longer than 6 months and all of a sudden, the microphone no longer intakes audio.
The headset output is perfect as always, but the microphone isn't working anymore.
The system says the device is installed and ready. By all intents and purposes it should be working. I've tried reinstalling the drivers, disabling and enabling the device, looking for new updates (there are none), but no matter what i do i get zero input. Nothing on the Test, nothing on discord, nothing at all. I've looked in Device Manager (devmgmt.msc), sound settings, control panel, and it says there are literally no issues whatsoever. but apparently there is. even the troubleshooter says there's no issues.
I'm really at a loss here folks, and of course my 6month warranty is expired *eyeroll*. Any help would be appreciated hugely.
