Each time I start Windows 98 SE I get the message "No ISDN devices were found" from a window labelled Microsoft ISDN configuration wizard.

I've checked MSCONFIG and there is no mention of ISDN in the startup section.

You've got way too many unnecessary programs loading during startup and running in the background.

Other than

ScanRegistry

SystemTray

Antivirus program entries

Firewall program entries

very few others need to load and run.

The consequences of having a bloated startup list are:

Longer startup and shutdown times

Reduced overall performance

Increased risk of freezes and error messages
