Oddly enough, I just today started having the exact same problem. Two of the three computers can connect no problem to the internet, but the one computer simply refuses to. It can connect to the router (windows networking between all computers is working fine) but when I launch internet explorer I can neither browse the web nor navigate to the router's ip address.

I find this all very perplexing. If anyone has any thoughts I'd be glad to hear them please.

I get the impression that the problem lies somewhere in windows itself...

I'm getting close to reinstalling...

given the context of your description; I would surmise that you have some how enabled or hereby fowl'd your MAC filtering.

This has occured to me in the past wherein I have accidentally flushed the MAC filter table and was no longer configured correctly. As a result; my wireless stations recieved a 100% connection however as you've noticed the internet fails to accomodate.

I would suggest double checking your MAC filter settings as defined within your router configuration.

It would be better if you posted you question in a new post rather than on the end of someone else - it makes it much easier to assist you

Do all things I posted here - including makes and models + how connected - the more info you can give us the quicker and easier it will be to help you fix the issue

Even though it appears you're having the same problem, please start a new thread when you have a new issue. It's very difficult to keep two problems straight and who's working on what in a single thread.

I've created a new thread for your issue here.

Thanks for your cooperation.
