I found the D: drive. there was a check mark unchecked asking to show file extensions....but still no E: drive.

Please click the link below for your operating system to download the TSG SysInfo Utility. Click on "Save File" then double-click the file to run it. Copy and paste the report in your initial post. Windows 7 and later (downloads a file named tsginfo.exe) | Windows XP (downloads a file named SysInfo.exe)
No D: Drive or E: drive
They aren't there. Nothing much I can say except I have looked all around and can't find them even in files. Checked under the bed and couch also. 
Got some software for Christmas and it is just sitting here.
I called HP last week and they messed it up even more.
They got the D: drive back but i lost it as fast as it was returned. I kent telling them what about the E drive and it fell upon deaf ears.
When i had 3.1 years ago I remember adding drives. It was simple. So simple that i forgot how to do it.
Anyway i need help.
