They aren't there. Nothing much I can say except I have looked all around and can't find them even in files. Checked under the bed and couch also.

Got some software for Christmas and it is just sitting here.

I called HP last week and they messed it up even more.

They got the D: drive back but i lost it as fast as it was returned. I kent telling them what about the E drive and it fell upon deaf ears.

When i had 3.1 years ago I remember adding drives. It was simple. So simple that i forgot how to do it.
Anyway i need help.

I found the D: drive. there was a check mark unchecked asking to show file extensions....but still no E: drive.

Is it showing under Start/Control Panel/Performance & Maint/Admin Tools/Computer Management/Disk Management (double click) - is it showing on the lower right of the window? (scroll bar to the right)

Hi,
No it isnt showing.
What is snapin? It says that that is disabled.

It shows the icon as being blank and then says healthy unknown
