The computer that I'm currently using has WIN ME and the main web-page is news.google. Here's the question, how do I add a browers? There's no browser! The only way for me to get to this site was to type in google in the search box, then a google search for techguy.

Does anyone know how to add a brower?

What are you talking about? Your query is not at all clear. What do you mean by "how to add a browser"?

Internet Explorer gets installed in all the windows machines by default.

If you want some other browser, get the installation file and run the setup file.

Do you mean when you open your Internet Explorer it takes you to Google.co .in?? Do you want to change it to some other web page?? Or do u want it blank??

On other computers, what process did you use to get to the internet? AOL?

If you can access this site (obviously you have), then you did it with some browser.

Do you mean you lost the menu/toolbar/address bar?
