New HP Notebook 14 CF0004NE Laptop Very Slow

Hi people,

I have just recently purchased a new laptop which is HP Notebook 14 CF0004NE. The specifications are as follows:

1. Core i3 2.40 GHZ - 7th Generation
2. 1 TB Hard drive
3. Windows 10 Genuine
4. 4 GB Ram

I am having problems with this laptop. For instance, when it starts the laptop require like 10 minutes to slowly load everything and then enable you to work. But, when it takes time, eventually the laptop start working just fine. Likewise, Whenever there is a windows update ... Boom its gone like taking 20 mins minimum to get the things on track. I have installed a couple of software like

Chrome, Firefox, Torrent, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premeire and Zotero.

Does any of these making any issue ? Also can you suggest me that I can make it starting time little bit faster.

HP Notebook 14-cf0004ne (support site)

That model 14" laptop appears to have come with Windows 10 Home 64-bit and these specs:
Intel Core i3-7020U 2.30 GHz dual core processor
Intel HD Graphics 620
4 GB DDR4 RAM

It likely came with HP-related and other bloatware that's slowing things down, but I'm guessing the main problem is with your computing habits.
