Help! just loaded a new game ,butwhen I try to run it an error message comes up saying a Bug report file will be created application will be terminated then something about EMViewer. Anyone know what I can do. I'm using windows XP

First, read and do everything in this thread. If nothing helps, post back with your DXDiag report, instructions are in that thread.

What game are you trying to play here?

The game was fully installed, so you have a shortcut to it on your desktop, correct?

dxdiag to big to paste ,wont accept it

Download and install these drivers for your video card, as yours are out of date.

If that doesn't work, tell us what game it is that you're trying to play, and if it is already fully installed.

No Luck! Game is Broken Sword Angel of Death and it is fully installed with deskstop icon
