There are a few things I'd change: I'd cut the speakers back to something way less serious, and put the money into another 512 of RAM (you can never have too much), also, call me a Norton basher, but it's bloated, and I think a smaller program such a MyeTrust AV does a better job, is updated more frequently, and doesn't take over the computer. I think of Norton and McAfee as the "AOHell's" of AV. I don't think you'll ever come close to maxing out that PS, but it would be nice never to have to worry about it. AND, the extra money in the tower would be well worth it-- great party lighting system, LOL.

Can't help with building (I know you have to watch compatibility of MOBO, memory, etc, but that's it: - I've always been a Gateway or, for the past three comps, a Dell man. I've seen a lot of posts on forums about problems with Tiger merchandise, but I've never bought from them.

You didn't list ram or floppy drive in your purchase as well. I prefer to build as to buy so you can taylor to your own needs and shop for good deals and save a little more.

RAM was there - 7. RAM Channel DDR-400 ( 256MB X 2 )
PC 3200 MHZ. - Although I might up that a bit.

The floppy is not listed but should only cost around $10.

Agree with previous posts regarding cutting back on the sound (unless you really need all that Speakers 480 Watts PMPO3 PCS
subwoofer system), and what sound card is being installed to drive it. And NAV 2004 is a big hoggish.

Also, do you need a modem?

Please make sure they guarantee the work. Last few hi-zoot systems I've had the "pleasure" to work on after they were put together did not have compatible memory, motherboards, etc. I made a ton sorting it all out for them but would have much preferred the vendor did their work up front.

Also your spending all that money on a case, cpu etc.. and your not thinking about basics like, what kind of power supply are you getting? Also thermaltake power supplies are the way to go. It will probaly set you back 65+ for a 420 WATT, but well worth it.

OK, sounds good Bob and the rest of you guys, i'm in no hurry so will take my time. I was wondering about this Bob:

RAM was there - 7. RAM Channel DDR-400 ( 256MB X 2 )
PC 3200 MHZ. - Although I might up that a bit.

What does it do to help with operation? Isn't it 512? Gues i don't understand the PC 3200 MHZ. part of it.

Hi, I'am the above brother- in-law. I built this computer geared
towards computer games. I bought the tower and lights just to be different. I changed the speaker system to 2 black
180 watts. I due however wish I had
put in another DVDRW will get one later. I bought a 19" Sansung sync master 955DF flat screen moniter to
go along with it. I know nothing about
computers, my son ordered it according
to my spec. I can tell you this its awesome. Waiting for cable hook up.

Earl
