New build will not find an operating system

Hello, I started a new build couple weeks ago when i finally put it together and booted it up it said on screen...

An operating system wasn't found. Try disconnecting any drives that don't
contain an operating system.
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart

...And so I had a Windows 10 bootable USB flash drive. I put it in and everything went ok as I chose my language, the version and the hdd. But as the downloading windows started "Copying Windows files 0%...100%... Getting Files Ready for installation 0%........? Then it crashes with a blue screen a frowning face and says "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you..."
I get different errors the most recent one was Error 0xC0000005 (Those are zeros). I thought it could've been a corrupt iso file so i redownloaded it and burned it through a DVD. still crashed. Tried it through a USB flash drive but it crashed again. I have an official Windows 7 download disc which it will not recognize either. I appreciate if I could get some help if you need any more info please let me know, Thank You.
My Specs are: AMD FX(tm)-8320 Eight-Core Processor
Graphics Card- AMD Radeon R7 240 2gb
Memory- DDr3 8gb
Motherboard- msi 970A SLI Krait Edition
PSU- Corsair CX750 ATX Power supply (750W)

My first guess is a RAM problem. If that 8gb is on multiple chips try one at a time and see what happens.
Did you have your Windows DVD in the player when you booted up?

I went ahead and ran a Memtest86 which showed lots of errors on the memory. It's one 8gb chip im going to get it replaced or look for a better one.

Yes I had it in before booting up the computer.
Let us know how the new RAM works out.

It seems to have been the ram. I went back to return it and got some new ram, and now Windows is installing! Hoping this goes well thanks guys!
