Network option greyed out on backup utility & Bitdefender

Please click the link below for your operating system to download the TSG SysInfo Utility. Click on "Save File" then double-click the file to run it. Copy and paste the report in your initial post. My network access will not show network files on Windows Backup utility. Also the network option in BitDefender is greyed out.
I would appreciate any suggestions on how to fix this.
