Netscape personal tool bar

using Netscape 4.7 on Win 98 - I notice the max number of icons on the personal tool bar links
is 14 - even though there is pleanty of room. I have renamed al lmy links using only two letters.
But still the program does not seem to allow
maore icons on that bar.
any ideas as to how to overcome this??

Make folders to go on the personal tool bar.
Then you can add you bookmarks to each folder.
Plus you can add more folders to the folders etc.
