Netscape hangs up

Lately Netscape 4.7 keeps hanging up on me. Sometimes when I try to open a web site and sometimes when I try to open a link on a web site. Attached is a readout that I got with the last error hang up. This is happening far to often now (3-6 times a day). I have sent their "talk back" to them many times but never get a response. Have tried reloading the software to no avail. Is there some answer or some software that might correct this;it is getting quite frustrating. Perhaps some one knows how to get Netscape to answer.

I don't know anything about the error but I do know that the "talk back" never worked and was trouble too. If you ever reinstall do a custom and don't install it.

I delete my NETSCAPE.HST and the CACHE directory every day.
